Sam Kuhnert Keynote Speaker

Sam encourages you to RISE UP in your FAITH

Sam out-worked everyone else in pursuit of his dream of playing college and Division 1 sports. Athletically he had what it took; but an injury sidelined him while playing college baseball. Instead of wallowing in disappointment, the one-handed baseball pitcher instead turned to God and discovered his true purpose in Christ as a coach and speaker helping thousands of kids all over the country. Sam wants to help other kids realize that they can become a Game Changer for God too!

“Book me to speak to your church, group, youth, conference or Christian School. I have a story that God gave me to bolster and empower others to victory with the redemptive love and grace of Jesus Christ the undisputed CHAMPION of my heart.”       ~ Sam

Reflection of a Champion… Remarkably and wonderfully created. Sam speaks about putting the best “you” forward.

Sam is passionate about helping people understand how God sees them and how much He loves them. Sam inspires everyone in his audiences to develop a positive self-image that reflects the glory that they were created in. As someone who was born with only one hand, Sam knows a lot about what it means to feel different. Sam struggled to be recognized as a serious athlete as a kid. He trained hard, worked with private coaches, and excelled in little league, but he was cut every year from his middle school baseball team because the coach didn’t think he could play with only one hand. He dealt with a lot of bullying. And, like all teens, he struggled with fitting in, temptation, and finding his place. Sam’s faith in the promise of Christ—he wrote verses on his hat, on his shoes, on his glove and on his heart—gave him the focus and grit to bulldoze through, trusting in God to fulfill those promises. Sam wants to help others realize that God can take their differences and turn them into their greatest strengths: “For you formed my inward part; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in Your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.” Psalms 139:13-16

Staying in Your Lane… Disqualification happens when you decide to take credit for God’s work and why it is so important to stay on the path that he designed for you. “Philippians 4:13 became a life saving mantra for me. I wrote it on my shoes, on my glove, on my hat and on my heart.” ~Sam

“To Whom it May Concern:
It is a complete honor to write this letter on behalf of Sam Kuhnert, a motivational and inspirational speaker. I highly recommend you invite Sam to your school to share his life story and to challenge your students with his “Bully Proof” program. Sam recently spent the day with us at Summit Christian Academy by interacting with our students in P.E. classes and at recess. He finished the day by challenging our students in an assembly to dream big, to never give up, and to live a life for God. Each student learned what it takes to be “bully proof.” Sam has a message that every student, parent, and teacher needs to hear. You will not want to miss out on the opportunity to meet this phenomenal person and hear personally how God is using him to ignite confident students; students who know God created them for a purpose. Should you have any additional questions regarding Sam’s visit, please feel free to contact me.
